You can return any item for a refund within 14 days of the delivery date if it is unwanted.

Please note that items should be returned in the condition in which they were received and in, or with, it’s original packaging.

Items must be returned with a valid return form and it is strongly advised that you obtain proof of postage with a tracking number.

Minerals Mania Gems will not pay postage on products or parcels being returned to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please allow up to 10 working days, from the delivery date to us, for your return to be processed. Once the return has been processed, the refund may take 3-5 working days to show in your account.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
